Prior to entering the real estate industry, he spent more than a decade as the Commercial Property Manager for the Taupō District Council, where he oversaw a wide range of property sales and subdivisions across residential and industrial sectors. This experience provided a thorough understanding of the local property landscape—knowledge Flash now draws on to help clients make confident, well-informed decisions.
